The Way Home

Collaborative Housing Solutions (CHS) of Northwest Montana was established in 2013 as the local Continuum of Care for homelessness and housing insecurity. Solutions to these crises are not a "fit-all" for each community across the nation. To be proactive and address these issues, CHS has developed local solutions, and is implementing these solutions through the 'Ten-Year Plan to Address Homelessness and Housing Insecurity' that was approved and published in March 2024.
